Hugo Cuevas-Mohr

Hugo Cuevas-Mohr was born in Guatemala, raised in Colombia and schooled in the US and Europe. He has a Bachelor’s degree from WPI in Massachusetts, a Masters from Auburn University in Alabama and a Diploma on Development from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
He is currently the Director of Mohr World Consulting, the CEO of The Platinum Network, the umbrella company for IMTC, the Cross Border Money Transfer & Payment Conferences, Regliance, the Regulation, Compliance and Regtech Conferences, as well as the RemTECH Awards – the Remittances Innovation Awards. He has co-founded non-profit associations, such as the MSBA, the Money Service Business Association, ICSA, the International Courier Association and IOREM, the International Organization for Remittances and Migration.
